Terms for using RookImg

Use of service

RookImg provides online image editing tools for lawful personal and professional workflows. By using the service you agree to these terms.

You may not use RookImg to process illegal content, to infringe the rights of others, to distribute malware, or to interfere with the service itself.

Your files

You are responsible for the files you select, process and download, and for having the right to use them. RookImg does not retain copies of your files after processing.

Files are processed for a single request and deleted immediately. You should keep your own backups of important images.

Accounts

Signing in is optional. In Guest Mode all tools work without an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe.

If you sign in, we store only the identifiers needed for authentication (such as your Google name and email) via our authentication provider, Supabase. You can sign out at any time from Settings.

Intellectual property

RookImg and its trademarks, logos and product design are owned by Rook Dev Studio. You retain all rights to the images you process.

Nothing in these terms transfers to you any ownership of RookImg, Rook Dev Studio or their trademarks.

Advertising

RookImg is funded by advertising. Ads shown on the service are provided by third parties such as Google AdSense and are subject to their own policies.

Disclaimers

RookImg is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

While we aim for reliable, high-quality output, we do not guarantee that processing will be error-free, that output will meet your exact requirements, or that the service will be uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rook Dev Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of RookImg.

This limitation applies whether the claim is based on contract, tort or any other legal theory.

Availability and changes

Rook Dev Studio may improve, update or retire product features over time. We may update these terms, and material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the bottom of this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in India. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
